  • Register at the member service counter (Member Service Card) at all King Power branches.
  • Those wishing to register, as King Power members must have purchased at the price that the Company defines at all King Power branches.
  • The member card is the property of King Power Group who has the right to change, adjust any condition and/or invalidate the card without prior notice.

  • King Power member card is non-transferable.
  • Member of King Power cards are entitled to get privilege as the company specifies; including getting discounts at every duty free shops and merchandise & souvenir shops (Valid for participating items only). For further details about each item, you can ask our Sale Assistants.

  • In case of lost or damaged card, member must pay 150 THB for processing a new member card.
  • Member can immediately notify and void a damaged or lost card by calling King Power Contact Center: 1631 (office hours), then fax a complaint form and a fee-transfer slip to 0 2677 8898 or contact King Power Member Service Counter.
  • The Company will check the information and deliver a member a new card within 15 days after receiving a photocopy of the fee-transfer slip.
  • The Company will not take any responsibility for any occurrence prior to and on the voiding day.

  • In case of changing the name or surname on the card, member must pay 150 THB for a processing fee.
  • Member should inform King Power Contact Center: 1631 and fax the document of the name/surname change and a fee-transfer slip to 0 2677 8898 or contact King Power Downtown Complex (Rangnam), King Power Srivaree Complex, King Power Pattaya Complex and King Power Duty Free at Suvarnabhumi Airport or King Power Duty Free at Don Mueang International Airport.
  • If member changes the name-surname that causes change on a member card, the company will process and check the information, then deliver a member a new card within 7 working days after receiving the fee-payment photocopy.
  • The company holds the right to check document’s validity and value that appear on the present database.

  • For Duty Free Shopping at King Power Downtown Complex(Rangnam), King Power Srivaree Complex and King Power Pattaya Complex Shoppers must have a confirmation of flight traveling overseas from Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang International Airport. Shoppers must show passport and boarding pass together with King Power member card when making a purchase. Members are able to shop 60 days prior to the departure date.
  • For Duty Free Shopping at King Power Duty Free at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang International Airport and regional airports (Phuket, Hat Yai and Chiang Mai), Member only needs to show King Power member card together with Passport and Boarding Pass when making a purchase. Then, member can take products on board right away.

  • If I do not travel overseas, am I able to shop at King Power Duty Free? You can shop products with “Blue Label”, which is a product that you can take it home right away, such as watches, electronics, gadgets, cameras, mobile phones, electronic devices, sportswear, sports equipment, clothes, shoes, bags, toys, snacks, Thai products made of Thai silk, souvenir, spa products from leading brands and etc. Moreover, you can enjoy our full range of services, such as Aksra Theatre, Ramayana Restaurant andetc.
  • What are conditions of purchasing King Power Duty Free product before departure? You only need to show Passport, Flight number, Departure date and King Power member card at the registration point. Then, you are able to shop 60 days prior to the departure date and pick up your purchased products at Pick – Up Counter, located in departure hall, Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang International Airport on your departure date.
  • Those traveling with Travel Agent or those who do not have the exact departure date are able to shop 60 days prior. After knowing the exact departure date, please kindly call King Power Contact Center: 1613. The company will prepare your selected products at counter cashier, nearest to your departure gate. If you have to change the departure date, you can also request the service.
  • *For Duty Free Shopping only at King Power Downtown Complex (Rangnam), King Power Srivaree Complex and King Power Pattaya Complex.
  • For shopping products at King Power, when can we purchase, on international departure or upon return to the country?
  • You can shop King Power products both, on international departure and upon return to the country. You can check the available brands in King Power shops, both inbound and outbound at this site www.kingpower.com
