PICK UP Counter Departure

King Power offers a convenient service for customers wishing to enjoy the range of exclusive duty-free products. Customers can purchase 60 days in advance before leaving Thailand from any of the Downtown Complexes (Rangnam , Sri Waree , Pattaya and Phuket) and the goods will be available for pick up at the Pick Up Counter at the airport. pickup-counter01

Customers can comfortably pre-order products not over 20,000 Baht. 

How to collect your goods

Just show the following : Claim Check Receipt, Passport, Boarding Pass and Shopping Card (For those who travel with agency )

Conditions for picking up purchased merchandise                               

  • Customers should Pick-Up their merchandise at least 45 minutes before departure and check all purchased merchandise before leaving the Pick-Up Counter.
  • Customers whose flights have been rescheduled should inform within 24 hours. If there are any changes in your flight plan, please inform us 3 days in advance at King Power Contact Center: 1631 between 08.00am – 21.00 pm on the new departure schedule.

Q : How do I claim the purchased items from downtown complex ? A : Just show your Claim Check Receipt with Passport and Boarding Pass at the Pick Up Counter . Customers should Pick-Up the merchandise at least 45 minutes before departure and check all purchased merchandise before leaving the Pick-Up Counter. Q : Where do I claim the purchased items at Suvarnabhumi Airport ? A : Customers can pick up the purchased merchandise after Immigration in the International Departure Concourse at the International Passenger Terminal on 4th floor. Please pick up the purchased merchandise at the pick up counter  as noted on your Claim Check Receipt, if not please contact the pick up counter which locates the closest to your boarding gate.
  • Pick-Up Counter 1:  East side Next to Vat Refund Counter, For All customers near Gates D1 – D4 ,C1 – C10
  • Pick-Up Counter 2:  West side Next to Vat Refund Counter, For foreigners near Gates D5 – D8, E1-E10,F1-F6,G1-G5
